where and what kind of intake can i get for a cheap price but is the best for a 98 accord 4 cylinder.

 

Buy the cheapest Ebay cold air intake you can find and throw a K&N filter on it

You should also decide if you want a short ram or cai.

 

Most of the ebay ones are short ram and cold air. They just have a removable section.

 

True, but some, like mine wont fit right. I cant convert mine to CAI due to the battery being in the way.

 

I haven't seen a two peice cai that won't fit as an sri on a 6th gen. There is plenty of room on ours
