If you couldchange a few things about the s2ooo, What would they be?
Hey guys,
I love reading the threads in here and while i dont currently own an s2ooo I will soon and am a huge fan of them.
While probably none of us actually design cars or anything like that what would you owners want to change about the s2ooo.
By s2ooo i dont mean just yours, but anychange would have happened on the production line and every S would have had.....it could be anything from form to function.
Lets see whats going on up there in the "i wish" part of your heads.
(and realistic changes too, not like i wish it came stock w/ 5000 hp.)
Maybe more secret compartments.....lol

and asians doesnt like convertible LMAO
and asians doesnt like convertible LMAO
Thats what i was thinking too....about the coupe part
...but then imagine how hard it would be to get a baLL3r cf top from mugen on there if it was sold as a coupe.

Kept it limited production run and limited production (let's say 2000 the first year, and then 3000 the second year, and then end the line).
Maybe then I wouldn't have modded my S2K and it wouldn't have the mileage on it like it does.

Yea that would be cool, but then it would be very hard for any of us in here to own one, especially thise of us in college...imagine the cost...it would instantly be a collectible, not that it already isnt imo.

I don't agree on the limited production car. One of the reasons why I got the S2k is so that I wouldn't have to worry about theft like I did with my R. We've still got problems with theft even with the current production numbers, so if there were even less made, I'd find myself with another ulcer.
I'm sure I'll think of more, but one thing I'd like to have changed is the way the top comes down and sits. I wish it'd fold in like a Porsche and BMW's(flush with the body) where there is no need for the boot. It looks all awkward sticking up out of the back.

tell me any convertible with cloth seats

Only a few things i would change (i actually like the power it has and the way the powerband is, so i wouldnt change that at all)...
- Cheaper hardtop option (had the hardtop been closer to $1,000 when we bought ours we wouldnt have even thought twice and would have got it without question).
- Cut down space in trunk, move seats back slightly.
- Tilt Steering wheel
- A stereo system worth a damn (perhaps even one with a navigation option)
- Move the controls on the door panel in a more tall person friendly area (they were nearly impossible to access by me, with my long *** arms)
- Functional cup holders (2 is all i needed, not 1.346)
- Stereo controls on the steering wheel
- A brake system that didnt produce so much brake dust stock
...most of those are just little things, but now that we dont have ours anymore, these are the things i would want if i was considering buying one again.

And how many threads are there of people's seats, antenna's, etc getting stolen? Then we've got these other jack@sses trying to fit the entire dash and console into their Civics. And remember that one guy asking about how to go about putting on the entire front clip of the S onto his Del Sol?
If it were a limited production, I'm sure my top would've been slashed multiples times by now.

1. hardtop comes with the car
2. more power
3. lower offset wheels (this will allow for a wider range of wheels, easier to run a bbk up front, bigger dish on the wheels in the rear, more tire options)
