I just got into a car accident, so knowing me instead of getting a simple hood similar to the stock one i plan on getting a body-kit type one. I was looking at a fiberglass one on ebay but a friend tells me that they are bad. Is there a specific type of hood i should get or will fiberglass work ok?

 

why did your friends say it was bad? Bet your friends are trying to compare fiber glass with carbon fiber!
Well, fiber glass is also reliable, and as I see, you probably want some hood scoop or something like that to add some style to the body of the car.... so.... Answer is: Of course it will work...!
