Default Cracked OEM header

I have about a 2-3 inch crack on the top of my header (looking straight down) Is their any adhesive, glue, cement, etc. that I could apply to it to seal the crack. I believe this is the cause of the wistling noise. Anyone have the same problem, How was it solved.

Im taking my car to the smog station will cracks in the header cause a Fail? Ive taken off all modifacations so the crack is the only thing that bugs me.

All suggestions accepted. Thanks guys.

Try to get it welded, it shouldn't be that much like 20 bucks. Or you can save yourself 15 dollars and get your self some jb weld.
