crx interior color question
they came in Blue, Black and Black(Si Trim)
Blue was in all HF models
DX's got Blue or Black depending, the DX black did not have CRX on the door pannels, and the DX came with normal glove box's Seats, and coin trays
Si Black came with CRX embroiderd into the Door pannels, the Nice Seats, 88-89 had black/grey seats, 90-91 had black/red seats, Si's had felt lined glove box's and coin trays
88 Has pillar mounted seat belts, everything else has door mounted

89s came pillar and door mounted. It is dependant on model type, manufacture date, and origin of distribution (Canadian models all had pillar mounted, US models had both door and pillar).
I have driven an 89 DX that had pillar mounted as well as an 89 DX that had door mounted. The only distinction between the two was that the door mounted was a California Emissions vehicle originally sold in San Diego, and the pillar mounted was originally sold from a Flint, Michigan dealer (probably something to do with the Canadian market being so close). Both were mid-model year manufactured (March 89).
As far as color is concerned, HFs all came with blue interior (probably something to do with the limited exterior colors). DXs came blue with a white exterior, but black everything else. The Si came Black/Si Trim with the CRX symbol on the doorcard as described above as well as cloth seats (again, color specific based on year as described above).
If you want to talk Civics, well that is a whole other discussion with three body types and several model types within each body type and year (USDM, mind you, I do not count EDM-JDM, too much to handle) and 3 different colors between the sedans, hatches, and wagons (tan/brown, blue, and gray/black).
