If you are asking...
"I found a four door Accord with 217 miles for $3,000. Do you think that is a good deal?"
I would respond with...
"It all depends on the year and condition of said vehicle. If the car is in decent mechanical and visual shape, I would consider it . Accords generally run well past 217k"

Putting it thru the BabelFish Translator; I believe the chaps' looking at a Third Generation 4dr Accord.
This totally confuses me for two reasons:
1) I don't believe 3G's used an EX designator (LX and SEi primarily)
2) If he's looking to buy a 4dr EX for 3G's (three thousand dollars, What year?
Until such time as the fish becomes more proficient, or the young inquirer resurfaces, the mystery will continue
