what moter would be best

iam starting my first project car and i have a 1989 crx. what moter would be best for me to start out with.

i would concur to what he said, because it would be a direct swap and it would be much easier and cheaper than anything else, the cost/power is good

for that car, i think that the only drop in swap would be a d series, but a b16 will definatly do the job, you'll need to get some motor mounts.

I would go with a GSR, they have great torque, and if you ever wanna go turbo they are really good on boost.
