turbo b20 vtec injectors

how much boost can a b20vtec (gsr head) handle also what size injectors should i use

depends on what block u have and if its stock block or sleeved,pistons,rods etc. for a stock b20vtec i wouldnt go above 10psi max on pump gas.injectors i would recomend 550's
