My car has had this problem for a while now and I cannot figure out what the cause is. Sounds like it's coming from the front passenger side and feels like something is loose. I've replaced both axles, passenger side lower ball joint, complete upper control arm, shocks/springs, passenger tierod end (inner seems okay) and the rack end bushing. What else should I be looking at?

Yup.
These things go out once in a while.

Yeah, these are entirely rebuilt axles with new joints. The noise was present before and after they were changed. It sounds like something is lose but everything is tight. Only happens on left turns over rough road and sometimes it rebounds...and you hear a clunk-clunk. It's always a series of clunks. I'm beginning to think it might be a bushing somewhere.
check all of the lower control arm bushings. the bushings are old i had funny noises from the front end on my car and it turned out to be simple bushings i had them all replaced with the master kit from energy suspension and now im one happy man

Ya know it might even be something in the rear suspension. Trailing arm bushing perhaps? I haven't really looked at my car's rear suspension arms.
wheel bearings? any play?
