rev problem

i just put a d16z6 in my 88 crx si.. the only problem is that when i start it up it revs up and down constantly.. any help would be great..

check the coolant level (open the coolant bleeder screw a little until it flows solid, no bubbles)...also the EACV valve likes to cause that rev up down problem problem
