Default urethane, shore hardness, tensile/shear strength and my motor mounts

my DA's motor mounts are pretty fubared. this is the DIY fix i've found for the problem: http://importnut.net/motormount.htm.

wondering if there's a superior urethane adhesive to 3M window weld, as suggested per article, that i could use to repair my motor mounts?

basically, i'm wondering about shear strength vs. tensile strength vs. shore hardness? Would epoxy be overkill? i've found that innovative is using 75A polyeurethane in their motor mounts (as well as a softer 60A). i'm curious as to what the shore hardness of window weld is, and moreover, the longevity of what appears to be a fairly soft urethane adhesive.

mcmaster has a few options, but no money shot (no durometer readings). also, concrete sealant has the right hardness, but in general very low tensile strengths (750 psi).

thx alot guys

Smooth-On are the products I like to use. They have urethanes up to Shore A95.

The shear strength reduces as shore A hardness increases, simply because shear strength is measured in an elongation test. Don't worry: The shore 95 stuff is as hard as cutting boards when set.

Yea, the mount would stretch very far before they would actually break. I am willing to say if the tensile or shear was measured on the stock mounts, it would be crap as well.
