any braking advantages whether in pedal feel or braking performance will be negligible or non-existent. Now if you installed Ferrari 348gts calipers on the ap2, that would teh rox!

Interestingly, the S2000 significantly outstops the 348 from 60mph (116 ft vs 128 ft)

actually you don't wanna use the Acura RL calipers/brakes. Yes they are nice, since Brembo designed them for Acura but they squeal like hell when coming to a soft stop. They sound like a bunch of "chewbaccas" mating under your hood.

who cares thats liek saying dont use diff compound pads for track days cause they squeal.
I was thinking about using the TL brembo calipers b4 and from what I reaserched it turned out that you have to shave off about 5mm off of the caliper and 5mm off of the spindle just to get them to bolt up and then you have to run a custom rotor. Theres a kit somewhere that will sell you the TL set up but its hella expensive just like any other quality bbk.

well it does matter since this car is a dd and not just a track car. believe you me it will drive you crazy pulling up to a stop light, drive thru or atm and having your really nice s2k sound like a f'ing train coming to a full stop at 80mph.
it's a really obnoxious loud squeal and Acura had to buy 2 RL's back(that i know of) because they couldn't get the brakes to stop squealing(even after Brembo released new pads with a different compound) and the owners, who paid $60+K for the cars, complained about it to the point Acura bought back the cars...
