Yea, that would make more sense... lol.. i have my mind on Subie motors in Porsches for some reason (WRX-914 combo? hehe), and was thinking more along those lines... ah well.. still looks like an absolutely sick project regardless of what they started with

The last we heard this car was built to run in the Pro Street Tire class for 2006. Should be interesting he he keeps the car and runs it.

Cool, by the look of the pic someone is putting in the AEM 30-1900 in the car....

I was wondering when someone was gonna do the Flat 6 in the WRX for racing....

BTW thats a Suby engine no German stuff there...

That tranny is a Modified Auto tranny from a stock Subaru. It has been modified to hold 1000+awhp and 1000+awftlbs of trq the engine is also an H6 engine wich was brought over from a JDM Legacy, but has a full array of custom head porting, valves, springs, cams, pistons, rods, crank...the whole deal.

it should be in the 7 sec club once it's completed and all the tuning/racing bugs are worked out of it.

I love Subarus....got one myself.

Peace,

Scoobs

That doesn't look like a "V" motor. It looks like a flat 6. It also doesn't look like a Porsche flat 6. Perhaps its the old flat-6 DOHC 3.3 liter out of the old Subaru SVX. Anybody remember that car? It was really underrated....

hmm.....a trans like that would be good for Shep....transverse 4G6X with a auto box that can handle 1000wtq/1000whp....

Curious though.....what trans dyno held that?

I'm not a big suby guy, but a good friend of mine (who's currently building a monster ej22b) is always preaching about those
SVX motors... maybe its one of those?
