as long as you find the tranny in an accord with the same basic block, F22 or H22, then itll bolt up..

theres a site you can get the engine with less than 50k miles on it, and the tranny and entire setup for the engine comes with it, only for a couple grand too.

new tranny
manual panel assembly

shifter assembly
axle for manual(if different)
clutch fluid resovior
all fluid hard/soft line
Wire slicing for Reverse light

And it'll just bolt right in place? No body mods?

correct

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by asianalbutt &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">been thinkin bout either rebuilding my f22 out of my dx accord. but at the same time im thinkin bout just buyin a whole motor at a junk yard and rebuild that since i only have one car. if i rebuild it could i swap it with a manny tranny with no prob????</TD></TR></TABLE>

keep in mind that if you decide to rebuild the motor, you can build up the performance aspect of it as well...and yes, a manual transmission swap is doable...difficult, but doable...

yes it will swap in, but it's an overpriced motor that is really no better than the h22...it's sole purpose was to be able to have an accord compete in japanese races that had a maximum displacement of 2 liters...
