My AEM CAI was rubbing and i just fixed it or at least I think I did. It had already started burning a little hole through the rubber on the hose. How did u all fix it? I got some foam like the one that comes on the bike handles. What kind of things did you all use to cover the air con hose?

 

Foam? Uhh, remember that underhood temps are very high!

If you look under the hood of your car, you'll see black automotive hose. Try to find that kinda material in your garage (where I found mine) or at a junkyard/auto shop. all you need is about 2" worth. Not much.

Cut it lengthwise, wrap it around the AC lines, affix it with zipties. You'll be good to go.

 

From what I've heard, there is a lot of pressure in them there AC lines (When in use I guess). I'm not so sure you want to go bending them too much...be careful.
