My friend's 2000 Black Civic cpe was stolen on woodman and haseltine st. (city of Van Nuys). The civic has an 99-00 si front bumper dropped about 2inchs and ride on Enkei Wheels RS5. Two sticker lines are across where the "EX" symbol is suppose to be. If anyone sees anything please pm me.

edit. forgot to say its only rolling on 3 rims and one steeliee. rear right side has the steelie. and its pretty scratched up. By no mean show quality.
