Default Trouble swapping

I'm having trouble breaking the axle not off my Civic. I've hit wit WD40, I've used multiple guys to break it loose, using a long pipe to add more torque and I've still had to go through 2 breaker bars trying to break it off. Does anybody know wat else I could do???

lol yes I have unstaked it, I was actually expecting that question, sooner. And answer so of the others, I am using a one the studiest pipe. I could find around my house, I mean since my jack is about 3 tons, I thought that the handle should b enough to break off a axle nut, but apparently I was wrong.

you can get a nice impact gun and a decent compressor for ~$200

that's not much for what you'll get out of these tools..

if you want to roll down from sac, you can borrow my breaker bar and socket too! if anyone needs snap-on, let me know. my rep comes weekly and i can buy the tool for you and ship it, its not any extra work for me. i have UPS and FEDex pickup daily at my office. get yourself an account and have them pick it up at my office and bill to you. paypal me the dough for the tool. or better yet, call snap-on and get the local rep to come to you. they will roll to your place as long as you buy a tool when they get there. its funny to see the neighbors ask wtf is a snap-on truck doing in your driveway

breaker bar always have worked. If the nutt warped in anyway? because you can go to autozone or somethingand rent the tool from them to pry off axles nuts

nah the axle nut is not warpped or anything like that, it's juss really stuck. I took 5 guys and a breaker bar to try and break it loose, but I broke another breaker bar instead. The breaker bar is a craftsman btw. Not to worried about replacing it.

i have a bitch of a car, everything on it is rusted to hell, so im used to dealing with this kind of thing...

im doing a swap myself and i used air tools to break mine loose... but since you dont have those all i can suggest is use a 5 lb. hammer and try to shock it loose with some sharp blows to a long bar on it... and heat like those guys said, works wonders... but yeah sometimes only air tools will do the trick. nothing hammers it like 130 psi on semi auto...

Stop telling him to get an impact gun. I can get WAY more torque out of just a 24" breaker bar (and no snipe) than any impact gun I've ever tried. It took about 15 minutes strait to get each axle nut off with a 1/2" impact gun and a huge compressor on a DA (axles had been changed about 2 years prior). It took me all of 4 seconds for each one with a simple breaker bar (on an EG where the nuts hadn't been removed before).

I guess I could try and get some air tools from some where. I'll have to find a pump from somewhere, but I think I might need sumthing stronger than an air gun.

HEAT THE NUT UP! TILL IT GETS RED THEN IT SHOULD COME RIGHT OFF! try not to heat up the hub too much! u might fry the bearings! I replaced so many axels at work! this always have worked for me.. later on
