I have a Honda S2000 complete motor which had the #4 cylinder liquid locked due to water entering the intake. Lower block and #4 rod will need to be replaced. Motor has only 25k miles and head does not appear to be damaged. The oil pan was removed to inspect the damage, other then that the motor has not be torn apart.
