Im getting this really bad clunk noise from my rear tires.. i just had the rear rims moved to the front.. and the old front ones moved to the back.. after getting half way home i notice this really bad noise from the rear... its like the tire is lose sound. i find out that my drums are lose.. are they post to be lose? when i apply break and ebreak, the noise goes away.. so its the drum doing it. but why is the drum lose? i have a 98 civic 4door DX..
