It sucks to hear all the emissions horror stories on all the forums I visit. People who live in california are not allowed to have fun. Man I just got finished reading about a guy who cannot pass inspection/smog with a ZC in his 4th gen. That sucks, guess he will have to get a NEW motor. NY brags that they only have to pass a visual inspection. WOW. Let me tell you about New Orleans. Not only do we not have any type of EGR systems on our hondas, as we do not have detuned computers for emissions, as we do not have to pass a smog test, as we do not have a visual emmissions check, just the same as we sometimes don't have to have the car with US!!!!!! Yep, all you have to do is visit the JOE at the station and ten bucks gets you an inspection sticker, just as 50 cents will get you a CocaCola from the machine. I don't mean to brag, but right after we get our cars the first thing is to cut the cats cut off, get the exhaust enlarged and double limo tint.(LEGAL AS WELL)

Me as an example. I am riding around in my 91 CRX with a japanese B16, with no exhaust. No cat, no exhaust. Now I just need that 3% tint.

New Orleans, what a great place to live, and more importantly, we have Mardi Gras, where there is a day set to get Fucked up, and chicks show their **** for free plastic beads. (LEGAL) Gotta love it!

You environmentalists tear me up, but we know how to have fun.

 

yea same here in illinois. only we dont need an inspection sticker. alls we do to register our car is go to the illinois registration office(the same one u get a hunting license at) and fill out the forms. its great. thats the main reason i really dont want to move to cali when i grad. emissions suck. cali is the only state that gets a few imported skylines and other super tight rides and they get restricted the first day. life is a biotch.
