Default Waterpump question

Hello I searched for what i was looking for and could not find an answer.
It seems my waterpump has gone bad, I am leaking water right under my timing belt, I have checked all the surrounding hoses and cant find a leak. My temp guage is going crazy, when i rev the engine it will go down then come back up. The car will only hold water for about 5 minutes running. So im guessing my waterpump is bad. my question is how do i change it? do i have to remove the timing belt and my ac belt as well?
thanks

Make sure it's the water pump but if it is you will have to remove the T belt and all that....

To change, you need to remove the crank pulley and the timing belt. Good luck getting that crank bolt off.
