98 Accord - Blower motor resistor

98 Accord - Blower motor resistor
1998 Honda Accord - 4cyl. coupe
The blower motor only works with the switch on level 3 and 4. A local Honda dealership has lead me to believe that the blower motor resistor is the most likely culprit.
Can anybody tell me where the resistor is located on this vehicle as well as how easy/difficult it is to get to?
