Default My first manifold d-series

Just finished my first manifold, I'd pretty mush not ever touched a welder when i started this manifold, so keep that in mind.

anyways let me know what you think. I tryed not to copy anyone, but i i found a manifold that is pretty much the same after i'd finished tacking it up.

all the work is done with a CEA MATRIX 200AC\DC. No lense used on most the welds, just collet and a 9 cup.

grinding the welds....not a great idea. The convex shape of a weld helps its integrity and strength.

also...dunno how well that is going to fit in your engine bay, but I assume it fits so

thanks for the replys.

this manifold was more of an practice for me, got tiered of laying beads on flats. so i didn't have a car in front of men when i made it, but i'm trying it today on a friends car. had a rough lock yeasterday and there could be a problem with the air filter, and it may be sitting a little low, but that remains to see.

i made the collector my self. my first one.
