Front sway bar?
You can use Civic EX/SI LCA's or Integras. They will bolt up and have factory swaybar holes.
Suspension Techniques makes bars for the front and rear for people with no factory holes.

I just put LX sedan front sway bar on my '97 DX hatch.

If you just replace this instead of the whole thing, you won't have to mess with ball joints and what not.

I bought aftermarket rear LCAs for my 93 Si anticipating purchasing a nice rear swaybar and ended up not needing them due to the ST's construction. Oh well, a little bling never hurt anyone

dx lca's don't have the hole for the endlink. 96+ ex/99+ si lca's are your best bet. you can use dc integra lcas, but you'll need to switch over the front section of the control arm onto the rear section of the integra arm.

But like already stated, Ex and Si LCA's are completely different.
1. Ex is two piece vs the Si one piece.
