First off our cars are metric not SAE standard. Second, all you gotta do is get under the car & measure the old ones. If you don't have them, just order a couple from HondaAutomotiveParts.com or SLHondaParts.com.
The 94 Del Sol VTEC has a 24mm front swaybar, so you know your getting the correct bushings...

http://www.suspension.com Just tell them what year/make/model and what diameter swaybar. They're the cheapest and have the best customer service. They sell ES bushings primarily.
Why would you search anyway? Just convert mm to inches.

all the swaybar bushings use the same endlinks i think. theres no need for different endlink bushings unless you dont already have them.
do you already have a swaybar installed that youre replacing with the ITR bar? then the bar itself should install fine, regardless of the diameter of the bar. but im not a ITR expert, i can say thats the case with EF's at least.

There are two types of front end links that Honda uses to my knowledge. There's the straight bar with four little rubber rings, and there's the round thing with a 90 bend. You can't replace the bushings on the latter.
Those bushings are super cheap from http://www.suspension.com. Cheaper than OEM. They're better/longer lasting then rubber and don't cause any N/H/V.

Sorry to correct you, but all Integras & Civics (Del Sol VTEC & Civic SiRII) with a 24mm front use the 90 degree end-links. Only the 22mm front swaybars use the straight end-links. Here is a picture of the two Integra/Civic/Del-Sol setups (#1=22mm & #2=24mm):
The 99-00 Civic Si has a 26mm swaybar with the round balljoint at both ends of it's end-links (shown below). The only problem is it's got special LCAs to make it work...

bah, GSR has the same 24mm swaybar. ok, i didnt bother checking if the GSR was different... like i said, only know EF's! (oh and the JDM EF SIR has the right angle endlink and swaybar too)
didnt i say im not an integra expert?
interestingly, the type r has a lot of bushings that are uniquely different....

The right angle end is actually a balljoint (no bushings there). As far as I know, there is no way to service them. You just replace them when they are done...

I thought you meant on the end with the right angle....
The opposite end uses the exact same bushings that the regular 22mm end-links have. You could replace them 1 million times if you have enough money for new bushings. Just buy the OEM honda parts if so unsure what size etc...

does anyone know where or how I could find the #5 (bushing part) with a 10mm inner diameter (oem stock is 8mm) to fit on where endlink passes thru the LCA???

16.405 is the part number and if they are 8mm no problem. you can just hog the inside out with a uni bit that goes to 10mm. and you can get that bit at any hardware store trust me it will work.
