H4 Civic Suspension

good starting point for suspension on H4 ek civic

I've got a set of koni yellows (do i need to get these revalved and shortened?)

Skunk front and rear camber kits

poly bushings in whole car mugen tailing arm bushings

Probally going to buy ground top mounts the ones that add 2" of travel

im thinking about Stock front swaybar and comptech rear

but im lost on spring rates (can someone reccomend a good starting point)

getting 14"x7" Wheels

Edit: But seriously, this has been covered a bagillion times. The fact that it's an EK won't change anything as far as spring rates are concerned.
