CAR WILL NOT START UP
89 civic si hatch, d16z6 swap, obd1 conversion w/ p28 hondata s200b
was ilding fine then started bogging, gave it some gas then it shutted off and will not start back up. theres spark and fuel, and timing is perfect. tried a different p28 and still will not start. usually it would throw code 1 and 8, but doesnt anymore, just solid cel. also the hondata blue blox isnt blinking, solid red light so it isnt a bad chip. gonna check fuses and wiring, perform compression test, is there anything else i should look into?

Are you getting a solid cel with both ecu's?
It sounds like you have already started the process of elimination.
Here's what I'd do next:
Try using the original ECU with a different program other than Hondata (CROME etc.)
If that doesn't work, carefully inspect the wiring to your ECU and also into the engine bay. Check for loose connections etc.
I know you said it was getting spark and fuel, but double check spark. If there is no spark try swapping a distributor. A bad ICU or coil could be the cause.
Go from there and check back in. Good luck!!

either solid cel or none w/ both ecu's. right now its running a cx dizzy which is ghetto rigged to fit. i already tried a dx dizzy but ended up with the same results. but i will try running a different program chip and recheck all the ecu wiring. thanks
If it was Idling Then you might check your fuel pressure, You might have fuel but it could not be enough to Run the engine, Also Try to source a known good ecu and Try and see if that works, but If you got it to fire up with the chipped ecu then it deffenetly sounds like fuel pressure or a bad chip
cleaned up the spark plugs (bkr7e .030), sanded down, put them back in and started right up, idled funny for awhile but then settled down. reason why was because the electrodes were covered too much w/ fuel that blackend the tip. also the hondata map is a little bit on the rich side during idle. currently running bcpr7es-11 gapped .034. gonna retune the idle later this week.
