JDM Fog lights

I have a 97 civic ex coupe and it doesnt have the slits for the fog lights. Is it possible i can get a body shop to cut some out and put the fog lights in?

you can cut it yourself. just buy a saw or dremel

Just the horizontal section grille, on both sides, yourself with a saw or sharp razor blade. You dont need a shop for this......
You can take out the entire grille, or just the ends (which is the proper way)
