alright im to poor to afford rims at moment.. so should i paint my steelies black, or keep em the way they are

car is 94 civic hb dark blue

nooo dont paint em black.... take a template of a rim design and paint black around it so it looks like you got some serious 14's

Or just get spinnner hub caps

or leave em

just dont paint em black! (my opinion some may disagree) it look soooo beat

leave your oem hubcaps on. steel wheels make a car look busted as hell . just my opinion though.
