I have an 00 si, and i busted a valve, i took it all apart, replaced the valve, had the head decked, got a new head gasket, put it all back together, and when i cranked it up and ran it for a little while there was water all in the oil???? there was no water in the oil at tear down. what the heck is the problem??? please help me.

When you pulled the head off, did any coolant leak out?

 

yeah, i drained the radiator, but not the block, but after i noticed the water in the oil, i changed the oil, and then ran it again but still some water????

Sounds like a head gasket issue still. I personally wouldnt keep driving. Oil and water dont mix. And if your running coolant that can contaminated the oil.

 

If it has water in the oil still you have a headgasket issue. Change it asap. Water in your oil will ruin bearings in no time.

 

Also when you replace the headgasket try using copper spray or even better Indian Headgasket sealer made by permatex

 

Did you ever overheat the car?

Check the block for warpage with a straight edge.

 

dont use anykinda sealant, BAD, i have made that mistake JUST DONT!

 

sealant can be very helpful if it is used properly
