Default Mustang V6 injectors in Honda I4???

Someone at work told me that the Mustang V6 injectors would fit and work for something like the F22. Is there proof of this anywhere or is this bull ****.
Just curious because they would be a few cc's bigger but not something like 350's or high performance.

If anybody knows for sure that would be cool.

One thing is the 6g accord speed instrument cluster is made by ford..

Ford does not use a resistor pack like honda does so I seriously doubt that they will fit.

reason on this... WHY would it work? the chances of ford and honda making something like fuel injectors identical and interchangeable? i can see it possibly working if they were both ford engines..

i havnt seen anything on my mustang that will swap into my accord, aside from the cd player...

and really, you dont want anything off the 3.8 anyway even if it did work.. if memory serves me correct, our 2.2's are only 15 hp behind the sn95 3.8.

not all hondas use resistor boxes (98+ accords don't) and frankly that doesn't matter anyway you just have to make sure the wiring is correct for the injectors you are running.

you can certainly use other vehicles' injectors on a honda as long as they are top feed injectors. the question is, WHY would you do that?

If you don't have a fuel system upgrade to support larger injectors your car will run like ****. More fuel does NOT = more power. Unless you're running forced induction of some kind leave your injectors alone.

I realize that just by upgrading injectors you won't do justice. I am more trying to prove if this guy is serious enough plus I would like to throw it in his face that he is full of crap.
It would be an alternative to finding upgraded parts cheaper if they did fit and you had the system to run bigger injectors though.

Anyway thanks for the responses. If I get a chance to play with a couple I will post results. But don't sit by your computers waiting.

Whats the point of putting bigger injectors?
IMO

More fuel + MORE air (not less) = More POWER

Anyways. Lets say I have more air and better spark which none of you have mentioned and is also needed for more gas intake

THE QUESTION I AM ASKING IS WOULD THEY FIT!!!!!!

If you don't have input on that question than lets not just post something that is pretending I don't know anything about cars.

I might have a fully hand built engine on a stand in my garage waiting to be installed that is just waiting to scream at 8k rpm, waiting for the moment I say go and stomp on V8's throughout my area.

Haters.

Actually, since you are being a smartass all of a sudden I will go ahead and post. You DO NOT need more spark just because you are getting more air and fuel. For God sake the stock ignition system can handle a lot of power. At least as much as you will get with that size injector.

8K screamer in your garage . . . right.

and I replied:

SO THE QUESTION YOU NEED TO ANSWER IS: ARE THEY TOP FEED INJECTORS?

no need to get your panties in a bunch.

I am not trying to be a smartass or hateful.

I will take your advice B and check out the feed.
As I am just trying to prove someone wrong.

If I actually needed them i.e. turbo then I would get a performance brand most likely.

And if you start getting into forced air then you would need more gas since the more air exists hence needing more spark to run more efficiently to complete the 3 stages of fire = air, fuel & spark.
