My parking brake light doesn't come on at all. I check the brake fluid and it is good. I checked to see if the bulb was blow but it wasn't. Is there a fuse that connects to the handbrake because I seem like there is no current throught it?

 

check the connector under the handle itself

 

does it have any tension at all. or just come all the way up

check the line on the brakes. is it connected, adjusted

I checked the actual sensor but that is why I am saying if there is suppose to be a positive current through the wire because there isn't.

 

oh i misunderstood you. sorry.

the brake is working, just not the light.

not sure about the current through the wires. i would think it runs off a +12v
