Do you fit regular sizes? If not, custom is the way to go.

I have a JR Speedmaster jacket and Blaster pants (both zip together with a full-circumference zipper - important for your own personal safety if you get a 2piece).

I also have a ZCustom suit custom made to my fat body.

I wear a Size Lg t-shirt and a size 32 waist 30 length Pant...

I was Looking at Syed Custom suits, The Factory is about 45 min away and the price is about $1000 for a Plain Vented Full Pad suit!

Mine cost $1650. Expensive, but it's mostly because of the lettering (Terra Powersports = 16 letters = $$$ )

Syed is . I believe they have a good reputation for one of the most protective, albeit heavy, suits.

Definitely get fitted in person, with all the gear you plan on wearing underneath your leathers (Under Armor, back protector, tassles, whatever... )

I have nearly the same measurements as you (5'7, 180lbs) and I wear a Dainese Nitro suit. Fit would be perfect if I was a inch or two taller (suit leg is a tiny bit long). Some pics of the suit at the bottom of the page https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1344732&page=1

You'll want something that's fully perforated/vented. You can always layer on if it's cold (Florida? Nevar!).

Just stating the obvious, just because you are both 5'7' 180lbs doesnt mean you have anything close to the same body type. Just because I'm 5'8' 155lbs and I fit well in a Size 40 A* jacket, and size 32" waist A* pants, and medium gloves, doesnt mean someone else 5'8' 155lbs is going to fit into the same exact gear. Look up an online sizing chart and measure yourself, it will go alot farther than just comparing stats online with someone whos body shape may be completely different than yours.
