Default Probably a dumb question, but can you put an A/T in 1st gear?

My 2000 Ex Coupe only goes to 2 then D3 and the D4. I came across this on ebay, and the gearshift indicator has a 1 way down at the bottom

Is there something I can change to allow me to shift to one? I don't think they've changed the trannies that much between 96-2000. BTW I'm wearing my flame retardent suit
