The brake light bulbs are a two filament bulb, more than likely one of the filaments is burnt out on the bulb. For the spoiler, it uses an LED light (several small lights), so if it's not working all together, I would check the wiring on it.
It seems highly unlikely that all the LEDs would go out at once.

The bulbs are dual-filament, so it's possible that the high wattage filament has burned out in them. However, since the third brake light doesn't work either, there may be some sort of wiring issue.

Its also a possiblility when they sliced into the wiring for the duck bill they broke the wire for the other lights somehow, its a possibility you may want to check out.
try swaping the bulbs from side to side that will be an easy cheap way to check your bulbs and wiring to see if there good.
