how to polish out GT3's????

Im trying to find info on polishing out red GT3's. whats the best method for taking the powdercoat off with out the tires being removed???/

Get some aircraft remover from a auto store and spray on and wait 15 minutes and it scrapes right off.

man ive benn workin at it for a couple days now, its not coming off that easy any other sugeestions?
