B20A JDM Versus B20A5
I recently purchased a 91 lude SI 4WS that has a B20A swapped into it. According to the stats i found online it has a higher HP (160) compared to the B20A5 (130-140), though that is nearly at redline. Is this engine worth keeping or should i swap one of my B20A5's into it? Or perhaps simply swap a few parts? I have had problems with incompatible parts because of slight differences in the intake manifold, which appears to be larger tho of cheaper construction on the JDM engine, poorly made EACV, FIV, etc. It feels faster than my 89 ludes, but seems less reliable.

I say keep the JDM motor. Just keep in mind that you won't find much of an aftermarket for it. But then again, it's not like the B20A5 has much of an aftermarket.
