96 civic underdrive pulley installation?

anyhing other than the seemingly simple fact of pulling the old pulley off and putting the new one on?

Since the pulley is a different diameter, you will also need new accessory belts.

that's pretty much it

put new pully on, and make sure you have the right belts.
