Timing question for d15 w/mpfi.
I just spent the Thanksgiving weekend overhauling my pos.

I have a d15 with a mpfi, I need to set the timing back and I was wondering if I should keep the d15 spec, or use the d16a6's now?

No **** sherlock.
Ya just use the D15B2 timing if you have a D15B2 head with the MPFI swap.
Partsource for a high class auto parts store usually can get you a diagram of how to do all the work. I did 3 head gaskets for friends one partsource parts/diagrams, those motors are still going hard no issues (except for the one I forgot to reconnect some electrical). It's all specs, the rest is common knowledge.

Thanks. I used the d15's timing.
The car runs so ******* beautifully now. I wish I had pics after we cleaned it and were putting it together. I believe my head might have a crack in it now when I blew that valve, as it keeps burning oil.
The car has almost 250k miles.
