Well I was wondering who if anyone on here uses a rear bumper difuser... and of so.. do they really work?

I want to make a sheet metal diffuser that connects to my underbody...keep all of the air out of there.

I remember reading somewhere that if not done right, you could have lifting issues

like maybe a salt flats car that was setup poorly? Can anyone confirm?
