Default problems swapping in a 90' LS into an 89' Si =/

my buddy just bought an 89' crx SI shell. and we are swapping in a complete 90' integra LS motor. i was told that we should use the harness off the 89' SI. but once we layed it on the engine, there were about 3-4 missing plugs and i don't think all the mounts on the engine lined up to the mounts on the 89' SI. can someone help me out on what to do about the harness?? can we re-use the harness from the 90' integra?? and what about the mounts? can we use the stock mounts from the 90' also??

But still, it's all been covered on here before, and can be found using search. Not preaching, just sayin.
