Default Why does everyone run the EG chassis?

I go to the strips I see EGs everywhere, I go to philly I see EGs I go to H-T and see it again. I am asking for both fact and opinion

it has better suspension than a crx

i agree. people who say that civics have this huge weight advantage over integras must not own a sawzaw

integras can be weight dropped to very similar numbers, and they have other advantages as well, such as a longer whel base brakes that dont suck as bad, and they actually come with bseries motors

Best aftermarket support.
OBD1
neutral styling
88-91's are older and more of a challenge to find in decent shape
96-00 are OBD 2, and tend to carry that "newer" car cost
DC integra's also cost more in general

92-95 in 20 years will be like a 69 Camaro, so I would encourage everyone to pick one up. lol. I've had a crx I loved, and a 96 coupe that was uh ok, but the middle ground, high demand 92-95's is where it's at.

amen, first car i had was ek coupe, then 91 crx then i ddrove 01 gsr teg, guess what, now i have 2 eg hatches and one eg coupe its retarded but cant love em anymore. for the street a light, 4 wheel discbrake, gsr powered eg hatch has to be my favorite all time daily driver!! sorry this is my only explanation to all the eg's out there.guess you dont have one huh?

....That is very true. i had 2000 si gutted and built, that was one nice EK.
....but now i got 92 hatch dx, and its bad ***. it just looks mean!
