Default Do I really need new springs for this......?

89 crx si, CAI, DH Header. Approx 150K on the odo. I picked this cam up cheap.

I have some ISKY springs, uninstalled if I need to use them. Now, i don't plan on taking this to the track, no turbo, no nitrous or anything like that. I just got a good deal I can't pass up and I'd like a tad bit more power.

I spoke to a buddy who's doing a swap for a friend, and he says I should be fine with stock springs, since I have no intentions of beating it up too much.

It'd be alot easier to just toss the camshaft in without pulling the head. Input?
