Default Car lost power while driving

I was cruising yesterday and my car lost power, stalled and now it will not start. I'm trying to make a list of everything it could be so any help would be greatly appreciated.

the car turns over
alternator is new
spark plugs are working
fuses are good
I get no CEL or ecu codes.
It sounds like my main relay is clicking.
It sounds like my fuel pump clicks on and off
fuel filter looks old (but would it cause sudden loss of power? and keep it from starting?)
i've reset the ecu by unplugging the battery

any other ideas? i'm stumped for now.

so when you have someone turn the key can u hear fuel pumping if you're at the hood. like a loud whoosing sound?? its probably your ignitor module in your distributor. i would try that first dont bother getting new parts jus replace the whole damn thing its better. go to http://www.distributorking.com or sumthing.

Double check fuel....unplug the fuel return line(put a cup under to catch any fuel) and turn key to ignition position to verify that you are getting fuel.

Check your timing belt.
