ok i tried installing my type r lip today but the only problem i have is the middle hanging down...sometimes its tight enought to stay in place but then it sometimes pops down too and rests on my muffler tip and starts vibrating on it...i read about using double sided tape but it seems to not work as well as i thought...and its a bia trying to get it to stick where you want it too so that you can screw the sides back on...is there any other method to use to keep the middle part up and not fall down??

 

Some people make custom mounts from the bottom.

you can use a stronger double stick tape or some peple just run screws in the middle of them.

 

what kind of custom mounts do they do?? and what would be used to do so??

me 2- these rear lips are ridiculous to mount on and stay on

 

i used double sided tape and it works pretty well... occasionally it looks a lil low.. but just give it a good push back and it stays... maybe the quality of tape isnt good?
