Ferrera retainers

I am waiting for:
Type One Header
Carsound Cat

I am planning to buy:
either portflow inners or toda valve springs
FPR
about 3 hours on the rollers.
I've searched a few times and there is a lot of contradicting information. The impression I'm getting is I am going to want at least 370 injectors too. I'm also thinking about selling the vafc to get hondata because the only reason I didn't get it in the first place was the cost of injectors. Since it looks like I'm going to be waiting for my header for a few more weeks, I'm guessing I could save a while longer and get hondata. What do you all think? I've tried to just give up and sell my cams a few times, but I'm comitted now....Oh, what sort of power can I hope to make once I get this stuff sorted too? The car is stock except for an AEM CAI I'm guessing like 180 with 7-9 in the mid limited by the stock catback. Thanks for you help..
