This is all that I know about the part:
Part is located behind the glove box of a 91 Civic Hatchback
Part is one thing in norway, and another in canada
Part can be found on the KS and KW models of this car in norway,
Part can be found on the DRL eqipped model of this car in canada
Part can also be found on the canadian manufactured, USDM models of this car
The norway function of this part is in no way related to its function in canada/america

dont know anything about those models but does the car have ABS???
cause maybe its the ABS computer??
