ok, i;ve picked up a set of wilwood sl6 calipers and some 12.63" x1.25" ap racing rotors, they are dynamic mount. 10 hole on a 7" circle i think and i need some mounting hats, i was just wondering if you guys had any suggestions on the offset of the hat for wheel and claiper clearance.

Did you calculate how much brake torque you are going to produce with those calipers/rotors?

What about the rear?

Is your master cylinder/s sized properly for the pedal assembly/caliper piston sizes?

Is your adjustable proportioning valve going to be able to dial enough pressure going to the rear to prevent the rear from locking up?

What about in the rain, will be able to dial enough pressure back into it?

Is your pedal assembly sized correctly for the master cylinder, caliper piston sizing, rotor size?

Are you just throwing parts together, hoping they work? You're taking about major modification to a critical system regarding the safe operation of your car, I'm a bit worried on how thrown-together this whole setup seems.

 

im going with what i have calculated and heard from experience. i've been talking to a friend of mine that has been building brake systems for awhile, hearing his eperience from what parts with which, etc. If all doesnt work out then i will swap out parts until it does
