Default $500 cheap for black leather gsr seats complete and door panels?

was thinking about redoing my black and white vinyl seats to all black but they chrage $450. i found a set of gsr leater seats for $500 with door panels. is this a good deal?

i can prolly sell my black and white seats for about 200. what do u guys think?
i know the vinyl last longer then leather though. yeah, they are in good condition. off a 2001. i'll try to take it down to 450.....

someone offered me 4 seats via PM. i dont have pm so email me.
cnaman@ureach.com

yeah, im still thinking about it. i can either spend a little more and buy a jdm type r seat. anyways, i had my vinyl seats for 3 years and they still feel and look new. only the white part of the vinyl is dirty.

my friends who have leather seats, on the other hand, have crappy looking seats that are cracked and ripped. leather feels better for sure, but they dont maintain the look as long as vinyl. my seats have no tear or wrinkle or cracks. the only thing i see wrong are the foam matting. which are pretty worn out.

my opinion. 500 for seats and panels all depends on the condition they are in. for that price, they better be in great condition. look at it like this: leather more value to your car if they are in good shape and staying oem. vinyl: redoing them over the way you want. (custom) leather: prone to crack, conditioning, more expensive to repair etc. vinyl: some easier to rip, could clean them with soap and water, cheaper to repair. you mention about redoing your seats in all black. you could do, if your seats are in good shape get some vinyl dye and dye them black. save some money and put that money to something else. hope this helps out

i dunno. i got a complete black cloth interior for $250 (dash, carpet, seats...everything). that may not be the worst price, but maybe you can find them a little cheaper.
