Hmmmmmm.... Cyl 1/2 and 3/4 are merging first instead of 1/4 and 2/3 like stock... Interesting.....
What was the ignition firing order again?

1-3-4-2, no? Or were you being sarcastic?

Good eye, though.

Don't you see the difference between SMSP and stock configuration? On stock Cyl 1 and 4 are exactly 360 deg. apart while on SMSP config cyl 1/2 and 3/4 are 180 deg apart....
I don't think Dave will tell us why he chose this config, but I have an idea about it.......

I was talking about the firing order, since someone asked.

Yes, it was me who asked. I am talking about the relationship between firing order and the way to merge the header primaries!!!!

Dave...can you explain why you are coating all of your headers? I know why I sent my header out to be coated, but almost every header I've seen from you(not that I've seen them all) has been coated. Just trying to find the rational behind it, and I am not trying to knock anything, I'm just curious.
Thank you,
Austin

2 of them have 2-3/4" collectors and 1 has a 2-1/2" and there are some variations in the secondaries.
